monitor trouble

im looking for something bigger then 17" and have a hard time finding a good monitor.
I thought of the Samsung 22" 226BW. It will cost me about 335 euro.

is it a good choice, or is there something better which wont cost too much.

specs:
  • 22" (wide) viewable area;
  • 2ms response time (grey-to-grey);
  • 300cd/mē
  • Contrast ratio: 1000:1 (but with 3000:1 'dynamic' preset);
  • DVI-D, VGA;
  • Pixel Pitch(mm)0.282 x 0.282
  • res. 1680x1050
