Hardware/Speedfan question....
Speedfan is telling me that "Temp 3" is too high.Whats "Temp 3"???

It can be anything, it depends on your hardware. SF often shows crazy temps like -40°C or 127°C. I believe they come from some disabled/not connected sensors. You can happily ignore them.
You can check the temps using some other program to be sure. |

Just in case it's an important temperature reading, click on the Configure button and then on the Temperature tab. See there if you can narrow down what sensor is being read.
Also, have you got the latest SpeedFan? |

Why is it Beeping!?!?!

i had the same problem on an old gateway that didn't have a certain sensor that it was looking for
so i just disabled it and nothing borke that sensor was temp 3 and stuck on 127C |

Its the sensor reading from a thermal probe/sensor that isn't actually connected. Disable it from Speedfan, or ignore it, and move on, no harm will come to your sysyem
