Whats the name of the super cooling process.....

where you can bring youre CPU temp down to zero c?I cant remember the name of it.

Peltier cooling??

there are several that can do that:
Peltier cooling (TEC)
Phase Change cooling (Asetek Vapochill units)
Dry ice (sticking a tube of copper on the chip with dry ice and something else in it)
Liquid Nitrogen (copper tube with liquid nitro in it instead of dry ice)
