Takes 1.55v to get into windows.....I think the ram needs to be further adjusted for 1100mhz

ChaosMinionX, can your RAM still run CAS4 @ that speed (1100MHz)?
if so, how much voltage it takes to run at the setting?

I can with my Ballistix. All 4GB too. Requires 2.45V for 4-4-4-12.

1100 cas4-4-4-12 @ 2.4v errors like crazy though.

Low do you get any errors in Memtest? I get them on test 1 for 1000mhz but I think its a fluke, its completely random and the other tests dont error.

I don't use MemTest, i find it pretty poor. I could run memtest all night and get no errors. Then i run Orthos blend and get errors in 30 seconds. I live by Orthos. And no I don't get any errors in it either.

Lowfat, Thanks for the info.

ChaosMinionX, i 'think' your RAM modules tested spec for CAS3 settings would be for speed 800MHz (2.35V) / 810MHz (2.4V) or so. and when the RAM speed higher than that you can forget about trying to have CAS3 completely.
and you may have to forget about having CAS4 on RAM speed above 1050MHz (2.4V)
try these settings on your moduals... CAS4 for any speed below 1050MHz (2.4V) (or 1020MHz 2.3V., 1000Mhz 2.25V., 985 2.2V.),

any RAM speed uses after 1050MHz may need to be CAS5 (5-5-5-15/18) for error free...
up to 1000MHz 2.0V.,... 1040MHz 2.1V.,... 1080MHz 2.2V.,... 1140MHz 2.3V.,... and the maximum speed would be around 1190MHz 2.4V.

@PangingJr

Thanks for the info, I tried everything....but even at stock settings the ram doesnt pass, individually they do, dual channel they do, anything more its all errors tried a whole mess of settings nothing worked.....Anyways I think its memtest erroring not the ram....They passed windows based memtest 500% on all of it running 3.5gbs of my ram. I will get my Orthos blend in a sec.

for system with CPU and RAM overclocked i think i want to just try passing Super PI 32MB on both cores right away after you can get pass Windows loads and it seems to work okay...
then after that i would have to pass ORTHOS next. otherwise the overclock is not even cloce to pass yet.

i think i would also want to pass memtest to make sure that the memory subsystem is working correctly. or at the least i would want to know where the error come from ?

Well I think its really a compatability issue with P35 or my memory...... It doesnt error in windows when running memory tests... Memtest gives random errors that make no sense and only like 10-20 per run, so im not gonna worry too much about it.

Well do you have the scores to beat me?

Stock: All AMD Athlon 64 types/cores up to X2 4600+ and Intel processors up to the Core 2 Duo E6600. Only Single DirectX 9 graphic cards and below No CF or SLI configurations allowed. Air cooling only, no volt mods, and no extensive mods. Changing the Northbridge chipset cooling solution is allowed as long as it is with a passive or fan solution that is mounted in the stock location, and is stock appearing - no water cooling, etc.

Im still well within those boundaries, no volt mods, or any other cooling than air. I also have an updated score that will put me at about 11.5k on the Fastest scores. New drivers and running ram higher added alot to the benches.

CPU multiplier:
Memory multiplier:
Memory timings: (also sub timings if you manually changed them)

OverVoltage settings for...
CPU
MCH

System's temperature...
CPU: in idle,
CPU: full load temps (while running Everest's default setting of its system stability test tool, or 2X Super PI 32MB),
CPU: temps when running ORTHOS's system stress test.

same thing. Stock is limited to a single 7900GTX or a single 1950XTX. Anything better goes up to Pro Stock.

lower VID generally, so they'll run cooler at stock and generally overclock better.
