C000021a Blue Screen

Now here's an odd one. Everytime I open ATI Tray Tools, or go to play a game on my computer, all my hard drives shut off and i get the BSOD with the Windows NT Error message, C000021a.

This is odd because I've researched it, and people only get this with Windows 2000/NT, and it's on startup. My computer runs fine everywhere but the game. Now I haven't tried all my games, it was just Neverwinter Nights 2 that I tried (which has been running fine for a long time).

This did happen once before when opening ATT, so what I did was thisi:

This allowed me to start ATT up just fine for a day or two, but the problem has come back now.

Is a reformat in order? Running XP Pro

I have just tested all my other games, and they all run fine. It is only when opening Neverwinter Nights 2 and ATI Tray Tools where I get this odd blue screen

Also, attempting to uninstall ATI Tray Tools will give me the same blue screen

Edit: Tomorrow I am going to flash my BIOS to the newest version. Hopefully it'll solve my problems

BIOS update did nothing.. updated it to the newest version, 6/18/07, and it still gives me the BSOD

Anybody have any ideas?

Ran memtest for 9 hours straight, no errors
