1) No

And that's it. There are no multiprocessor nForce boards on the market.

Only twin socket your going to find Intel based that would be that old, is something along the lines of a Xeon based server board, but expect to be paying alot for it (well not anymore they arent, unless its newer server boards).

They are usually quite costly, not to mention uses a different socket; P4 = Socket 478, where as the Xeons of that time (after 2001 when Xeon was introduced) used Socket 603/604 so they would be incompatible even if you were able to find one. And up until LGA775 (newest socket) they used different ram, and have different ram requirements normal desktop ram is not ok

I would suggest an older Asus board, or stay with Nvidia if you like..... and as far as PCI-E... it wasnt even around when p4 was... PCI-E didnt start until 2004.

EDIT: P4 is old as dirt You will only be able to find mobos in the PCI and AGP flavors only, I would just sell that chip or toss it, and spend some money on a decent rig

actually, gigabyte came out with a s478 board that supported pci-e gfx cards .

anyways.....yes, what socket p4 is that? is that the super old s478 chip, or the stepping stone p4 socket 775 5xx series processor? that would be important to know. if you have the older 5xx series CPU, you can get an NVIDIA 680i chipset motherboard .

Asus made one also. I remember Ratsa had one, although it wasn't the best performer.

There are also there are quite a few dual socket SLI motherboards, but they are all just AMD S940 and AM2 boards.
