Need Some help

Ok here's the deal. Basically I have a Logisys Clear acrylic case. I love this thing

but, there's one problem that has been bugging me ever since i got it. The front panel mic and headphone jacks have the wrong type of end on them. Instead of plugging into the header on my sound card they are actual headphone jack that are supposed to pass through the back of the case and plug into the back

. Now....I absolutely hate the thought of passing wires out the back of my case and into the back of my card since my speakers are normally plugged in back there. Basically, is there a place where i can get some of those little single pin plugs and solder them on?

Basically i am going to cut the headphone jack tips off anf solder on some single pin plugs ( i don't know the name of them)

any advise would be much appreciated

Radio Shack should have what you're looking for.

Heck or just find an old junked case w/ the right connectors.
