I took the liberty to call ACER Support, asking about the difference between P241W and P243W. And this is what they said:
- 243 has CrystalBrite, which means the surface of the screen is glossy and gives better contrast and color depth, but higher glare from background lights sources. 241 has the normal anti-glare surface, making subdued colors.
- 243 have D-sub(VGA), DVI and HDMI input, 241 does not have HDMI.
- 243 has response time of 2ms, 241 has response time of 5ms
