When i saw the Gigabyte 790FX DQ6....

i wondered wow does this thing really suck that bad? because..... just look at the thing!

man.... will it really suck that bad? it looks like it would be cheaper than my current planned setup with all the force....

any of you guys seen otherwise?

An overclocked intel penryn based quad rig with x38 and crossfire would smash that rig into the ground.

yea i thought so, lol so thats why im sticking with my future Penryn monstrosity. besides, further research shows that the 3870 X2 is going to launch sometime and thats a dual-core dual RV670 monstrosity right there man....

that plus Penryn, plus 4GB of stoopid fast DDR3 1800 plus RAID 0 7200.11s will be thaat which leaves plenty of scorch marks man....

im buying my dual 500GB hard drives tuesday, another step closer

lol and they cant use Quad 3870s now can they? but i guess they can use X2s but eh Intels still better at 5GHz!!
