I have bought 1 laptop from Japan
But i reinstalled win vista english
Not driver for it
Now i need to help
Can you look up Driver for me please?
I looked up everywhere but nothing
Only look up driver for WEBCAM
Model -> Sony vaio CR70B_W
Model of WEBCAM-> Ricoh R5U870 UVC
Use for win vista

Not a troll I think, and obviously not a person whose language is English.

I did find a wee bit about the Ricoh R5U870 UV, and I didn't see anythinh that indicated there was support for Vista.

I can't find anything about the Sony vaio CR70B-W since it's not marketed in the North American market. Sony's web site keeps directing me to the USA page.

Another post in here had a problem going from Vista to XP on a Sony and he has a R5U870 based web cam. http://www.hardwareheaven.com/windows-...r-problem.html Maybe, if he still have the original install/revovery CD he can send a copy of the drivers. It would be hit or miss on wether they would work, but it's worth a try.

Now, if that cam is listed as "Sony Visual Communication Camera VGP-VCC2" then this page may help: DriverZone.com

i had the same thing on my laptop from asus.. it came shipped with windows vista, and no possibility of getting xp. not even on the asus website.
i installed a couple of drivers from a differend model and it worked. all except the sound drivers.

Maybe this is the same with your model, that xp drivers from other models work also with the model you have now.?

You can upload.I will download and try it.But i think it is not same with my laptop.
I downloaded and installed but it don't active.Error : software driver may be older with your diver.
