Timings are not extremely important, the Mushkin seem pretty good to me.

The OCZ is on sale for slightly cheaper than your link atm atm: NCIX.com - Buy OCZ EL Platinum PC3200 2GB 2X1GB DDR400 CL2-3-2-5 184PIN Pin Dual Channel Memory Kit /W Ramsink - OCZ4002048ELDCPE-K In Canada.
Both sets should be pretty similar, they're rated the same, so I'd probably go for the cheaper ones. FWIW, I'm currently running 2 sets of that OCZ RAM, not sure if these results are typical though:

^how does you system hold up with the 4gb of ram, which X2 u running?
the only bad thing is that the OCZ is 2T... and i think the mushkin is too but then again i hav no idea wat diff it makes but i think 1T is better for some reason i dont know could b wrong... but i do know that the older versions of the ocz's were T1, but in any case its good ram... well if there both rated the same then ill just get the cheaper ones... the prices are the cheapest prices i could find and aren't the ones on the site... from directcanda/memoryexpress thx to whoever posted so far... |

4GB is running just fine, you'll need a 64-bit OS, and BIOS support for "Memory-hole enabled" or something to that nature, depending on your board. Only difference I've noticed in performance is the command rate (1t/2t) moving to 4gb, otherwise, they seem to be similar, although I haven't tested these sticks a whole lot as a 2gb config.
Ram shouldn't be rated for command rate, although it is a timing related to memory, it's determined by the chipset, not the memory. Mushkin has a good explanation of it here. My X2, with the ram running with 2.5v, btw:
