Can I safely put "Transcend PC2-6400 aXeRam 2GB Kit (Micron D9GMH)" to 2.0 Voltages?!

Hello,

Can I safely put my Transcend PC2-6400 aXeRam 2GB Kit (Micron D9GMH) to 2.0V ? If yes, then how high voltage can I safely put? I am just worrying about crashing my ram...

Thanks.

D9GMH can usually take 2.25v safely for 24/7 with adequate cooling, however I would stick with 2.0/2.1v.

I would not go above that though, and it would respond well to voltage in theory, its all experimentation in the semiconductor world though.

Thanks.
according to the specification, the DDR2 memory modules have a tested voltage specification 1.8V and up to 2.2V and of course that means the memory modules is warrantied up to 2.2V.

so yes, if the specification is correct, then of course you can safely use 2.0V, and you can use up to 2.2V as well if thay needs to.

i suggest getting a RAM fan when running above 2.0v, your case isnt the best ive seen for OCing stuff.
