AGP Vid Card Advice

I think my 9700pro may finally be dying, and was looking to replace it, but my system is getting old and i dont want the card to be totally bottlenecked by the system. For around $100 I was looking at the 7300GT (512), 7600GS (256), HD 2600xt (256), or X1650pro (512). My system is a single core P4 1.8ghz, 1GB RAM. Obviously I dont plan on playing the newest games out there at the moment, but do you think I would get any performance increases from the cards I mentioned, or would the system totally bottleneck all of them? I am kinda leaning toward the 7600GS, but I am not sure. Any advice would be good.

System Specs

not too sure on the ATI side of things, but as for the NVIDIA side of things, the 7600GS would be the best bet for your system. however, it may have a slight bottlneck due to your CPU.

Perhaps the 7300GT would be the better buy, but i'm not sure how it is in performance in comparison to your current 9700pro.
