Hello,
Looking to get, Abit IC7 Canterwood and P4 3.0C 800FSB CPU. However no idea which RAM to get ![]() I wont be overclocking at first but i might like trying it laster on. I have been looking at either, Corsair 1GB DDR XMS3200 TwinX (2x512MB) CAS2 TwinMOS 1GB DDR PC3700 (2x512Mb) CAS2.5 I will be running dual DDR aswell ![]() Will the TwinMOS run in Dual DDR ? What is the memory to go for ? Thanks

The Corsair! I'm sure that Corsair will hit 3700 speeds at CL2.5

I agree, Corsair seems to be a better manufacturer, and should be able to hit high speeds at the slower CL2.5 timing.
To answer your other question, yes, as long as you buy 2 of the same sticks of RAM, the TwinMos (and any other brand) should work in Dual-Channel DDR just fine.

Get the 3200 memory, for two reasons: performance is better when the memory is in synch with the FSB (which wouldn't be the case with the 3700 memory), and TwinMos memory really sucks. If the Corsair is too expensive for you, get Samsung ones, they're just fine!
