usually your mobo has a chipset temp monitor, cpu monitor and the 3rd could either be an extra fan plugged in or maybe a 2nd heatsink... how many heatsinks are on your mobo?

Could it also be your Hard Drive temp monitor?

I was also wondering about that temp but it goes anywhere from -1C to 10C so i have no idea what it could be.

I have this temp at constant -48°C. It is some unconnected/non-existent temp sensor.
