Confused Abt Hdd's

hi guys I'm confused about which HDD's to go for i have two in mind
  1. WD 250GB 3.5" HDD SATA II 7200RPM (1+2 YEARS) 16MB Cache (WD2500AAKS)
  2. SEAGATE 250GB 3.5" HDD SATA-II 7200RPM 8MB Cache (ST-3250310AS)

which one is better you guys have more technical knowledge than me!! if i get the WD HDD its cache is more i.e 16MB while the Seagate's is 8MB cache and i also dont know if the WD is 7200.10 or not would it matter much if i get the 8MB cache one or would it be slower then the 16MB cache HDD??

PLEASE HELP

Out of those two.. the WD would be my choice... just for the reason of the 16mb cache.

what is your current budget

There's Seagate's 7200.11 32MB cache 500gb hard drive for 125$ CDN ... that's only 26 dollars more than the 320

Actually i'm not ordering the drives online. i checked in with the local dealers who stock WD and Seagate they have those drives the 7200.11 drives they stock are only 750GB which are too expensive. Only the Seagate 320GB 7200.10 and WD 320GB both 16 MB cache are in stock with a price difference according to US dollars is US$ 2

So now which one should i get

The Seagate 320GB 7200.10 16MB cache

or

The WD 320GB 16MB cache
