This is like the coolest thing EVER.

a few questions

1) is it only available on Asus boards or can it be downloaded and booted from a USB key (since it's only 512mb)
2) does it have full USB support?
3) HOW COOL IS IT OMG.

There was an ASUS motherboard review linked on the main page of DH.net so I figured the news would hit everyone hehe

It's basically a 512mb flash memory chip used to run a Linux-based OS from the BIOS without any loading time (well, 5 seconds that's all)
You can browse the net (with their version of Firefox 2), talk on Skype, view/edit pictures and chat using some type of IM program (not sure what yet)

it looks fricken cool and my first comment should have been "WHY HAVEN'T ALL OUR MOTHERBOARDS HAD THIS ALREADY !"
