This would be my first computer build, the cheap budget is due to my age, me being only 16. Looking at all the stats, I'd say can pull off the latest games [crysis=questionable] and continue to play future games with acceptable frame rates. So, your thoughts? and will their be compatibility issues, focusing more on the power supply. Thanks for the support!

Doesn't look bad at all. That case looks interesting. However, I would be a bit leery of the PSU. If was me, I'd get the one without the PSU, and put in a Corsair 550TX or 520HX.
But, that would be more $$, and if you don't have that much to work with, then maybe you could get it as is, and then start saving for a better PSU.

plus if you can get an extra 10$ scrap that processor and get this one
Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz 6MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor - CPUs / Processors it's literally just 10$ more.. its a 45nm proc, more cache, better overall by allot. Your mobo lists compatability with the latest 45nm chips on gigabytes website so you should be fine on that end.

I'd scrap the floppy drive and geta USB drive. Also, I agree with kris23, get the q6600, you won't be sorry. If you dont plan of OCing, you won't need an aftermarket cooler. Other than that, it looks pretty good.

Thanks for all the suggestions, ill definitely be purchasing the q6600.
One last question, (may seem dumb) but does this Vista Basic OEM come with a product key and genuine microsoft support? Other than that, I've finally decided on specs and the grand total should be $900-950 Thank you!

vista basic works, and yea it comes with key and support, the $90 actually is all for the product key, thats what youre paying for...... the disk is just there.
is it possible to get to $1000 flat? that is the golden number when building a gaming grade, mid/high end tower. there is a huge gap in performance from a $800 rig to a $900 rig, and even more from $900 to $1000 this is something i just found out, but it seems to have a good base, you can basically get your raw performance and multiply it by 2 every time.
