I think I'd pass on that PSU

It only has 18 amps on the 12v, and that's not the only thing.

The first review I found on it after a google search wasn't encouraging either.

"... Our conclusion is pretty simple: don’t buy this power supply. ..."

Full review here: Thermaltake Purepower 430W NP Power Supply Review | Hardware Secrets

You would be better off with something like this with 33amps on the 12v.

Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-450VX 450W ATX12V V2.2 Power Supply 90 - 264 V UL, CUL, CE, CB, FCC Class B, TUV, CCC, C-tick - Power Supplies

Reviewed by our very own Grace here: http://www.hardwareheaven.com/reviews/Corsair%20VX450W/

And JohnnyGURU here: JonnyGURU.com - Power Supply Reviews and more! - Reviews - Corsair VX450W power supply review

If you think that 450W isn't soing to be enough, it's 550W big brother would also do the job: Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-550VX 550W ATX12V V2.2 Power Supply 90 - 264 V UL, CUL, CE, CB, FCC Class B, TUV, CCC, C-tick - Power Supplies

And it's review at JohnnyGURU: JonnyGURU.com - Power Supply Reviews and more! - Reviews - Corsair VX550W Power Supply Review

Either of those would 'work', but I'm thinking you will be pushing them pretty hard.

I'd be looking at the either the Corsair 620HX (which I am using), of the 750TX, just to make sure I have enough PSU to do the job.

You have some pretty decent components there...don't ruin them by being cheap on the PSU, it will hurt you in the end if you do.

And if the price of the Corsair is too hot, how about this stonker of a rebate deal:
Newegg.com - Antec earthwatts EA430 430W ATX12V v2.0 Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, CUL, FCC, TUV, CE, CB, C-tick, CCC - Power Supplies
Antec quality (Made by Seasonic), 80-plus efficiency, and dual 12V (total 30A).

A few other decent rebate deals on some "name" power supplies.

More power?
Check this one:
Newegg.com - BFG Tech BFGR650PSU 650W ATX 12v 2.0 / EPS 12V Power Supply 115/ 230 V UL, CE, FCC CLASS B - Power Supplies
650W BFG-Tech at $54.99 after rebate

You'd be paying $149.99 for it at Best buy
BFG - 650-Watt ATX CPU Power Supply - BFGR650PSU

Reviewed- http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php...=Story&reid=11 - not too great though, while it didn't give up under test, it showed some pretty ropey results. The OEM also retails an equivalent model under the e-power brand, cheaper but with lower warranty.
