Which is better?

I recently won an ASRock P45R2000 WiFi motherboard, And I am wondering if I should replace my ASUS Maximus Formula with it or should I sell it and keep my curent board. Any input would be welcome.

ASRock is ASUS's budget branch.... i wouldnt swap it for an ASRock....

id get a Maximus II Formula if you want P45 or Gigabyte P45 DQ6

That's what I thought as well. So I will put it (the ASRock) up for sale on ebay and maybe get a few bucks for it.
