Posted my 3dmark '06 score here for starters, will get round to the others, downloaded FRAPS and all I can say is COD4 ran with everything on max settings (corpses on insane, af and aa full etc) like a bloody dream, even before the o/cing. Can't wait to try it now and see what this baby can pull. I'm finding out first hand Q9450 really is bang for your buck.

Yeah lol, blew like 3/4s of the bloomin holiday into the dust, but anyway I'm happy I dived in and did the job like the man that I was meant to be in the first place as it is more rewarding and makes you feel like just that, a man.

Yeah, high midrange to the highest of high range, you'd do well to get this card dude, though you might have wanted to go with an Intel system right about now since the AMD, even though a "true quad", has been let down by poor mobos in a big way by manufacturers, maybe Intel knew what they were doing when they just stacked their quads lol.

Well, so far been playign COD4 (which as I said above looked like a dream on this one 24 inch wide screen really sweet monitor), TF2, a little bit of HL2 (got the orange box so pretty much could dabble in all of them, including the one you download

) and Crysis, got Prince of Persia : The Two Thrones lined up because it's a favourite and Assasin's Creeed comin' up next but seeing as I have an appointment early tomorrow won't be able to stay up the whole night and do GRID and others or maybe I could lol....make it and all-nighter

Then show up tomorrow groggy eyed as hell and get the boot lol out the door, okay maybe not, but yeah it's really sick, the Asus P5Q is a really great motherboard for o/cing and with just one 4870X2 I'd say this system is balanced well and kicks ass extremely sufficiently to make me happy, long live ATi, long live Intel and I'd like to say thank you to all the people who helped me and advised me toward building this new rig, and last but not least, long live DH!!!!

Yup, she's a beauty. I absolutely love her, especially right next to my Acer X173w extended desktop screen she just looks so good!!!! Got my Antec exhaust fan turned up all the way now coz this 4870X2 gets !!!HOT!!! when it wants to, will be lookin' into the brilliant guide psychlone gave us here to keep down the temperatures.

With my naked eye it did indeed look like the yellow number indicator was mostly hovering around two hundred and something FPS.

Edit: and I got 15000 3D Marks (14,945 to be exact) in vantage with just the FSB & CPU o/ced right now, took it down to 3.35Ghz after for the sake of longetivity in lifespan & to keep core voltage the same as well.
