Hi there and welcome to DriverHeaven!
I think there would not be noticeable performance difference when you use it on pci-e 1.0 bus. |

Hey I ve accidebtally found that Ati 4850 hd is better than 8800 for a fair price but on the other hand ive heard that ati cards cause much heat ,full of bugs ,does not support Phsyx , the fan speed is low, the stock cooler is crap, and all of this Cons
What Can i do now Someone helps me? |

Yeah the AMD/ATi's HD4XXX series are newer and they have better prize/performance ratio. There is some tweaks that can be done to adjust the fan speeds etc. The stock cooler is actually performing rather well. And if you don't like it you can get 4rd party cooling solutions for them.
