Monitor's screen goes black

Hi,
I have assembled my new PC and everything is working fine except that my monitor's screen keeps going black for few seconds while I'm working on, the monitor's power LED lights on always and it's not a monitor problem cuz I tried a another one.
Also it's not a screensaver problem as it happen while there is activity on the PC.
Any one has an idea about this??

My system configuration:
Asrock motherboard with Intel 945 chipset
Intel C2D 2.533/3M (7200) CPU
1 G DDR-2
G-Force 7300/256 (used driver V 175.16)
160G HDD
XP SP3

Hello JALAL. Welcome to DH.

I'm confused at to exactly what you are saying.

I think you said you boot into XP fine with no problems but then the screen flashes on and off intermittently. The monitor LED power lights remain always remain on. Is that all correct?

We need some more info from you though:
CPU model number
Mobo model number & bios revision
Memory menufacturer and model
Graphics manufacturer and model
PSU manufacturer and model

Have you tried a different monitor cable and have tried plugging the monitor cable into a different port on the graphics card?

Edit: I think you're saying you have E7200 (wolfdale) CPU and ASRock Wolfdale 1333-D667945GC Micro ATX but please confirm. If that is your mobo then then have you disabled the IGP within the BIOS? And when you installed the drivers for your mobo you didn't install the IGP on-board graphics drivers did you?

Thank you Cozumel for your reply and what you said about my CPU and MB are correct, I have BIOS v1.5 and I didn't install a driver for the built-in graphics.
For the RAM it's not from a well known manufacture it's just a generic 1 G DDR-2/667 MHz RAM and also for the PSU it's just a normal (Chinese) one.
The VGA card is an XFX G-Force 7300 /256 and I have tested it on another PC and works fine.
I don't think it's a cable problem cuz I tried other monitors and had the same problem, I'm thinking about the RAM, PSU and motherboard as a last choice; can any of these parts do such a problem???

First up, I'm not a hardware/graphics guru or anything but I will try offer advice and support where I can. You have said you 'don't think it is a cable problem but have not said whether you have actually tried different cables. So please try if you have not already and then confirm

When posting these types of support questions you need to precise in your system spec. I now know you have an Chinese PSU, an XFX grapichs card that could be one of three 7300 that are currently sold and generic RAM with no further details. (The LE, GS & GT)

Going by what you said about the PSU it was probably included with the case.

Please answer precisely the question in my previous post so that anyone who comes to this thread has something to work with.

Also need the manufacturer & model of your case.

Please answer in a list format so it is easy to read & follow. You ordered the parts from a reseller so you'll know the product details. The PSU model & specs are written on the side of the product.

Mainboard & RAM information utility: CPU-Z
To test memory: memtest86+
To test CPU: Prime95
To test Graphics: FurMark (heat test) and RTHDRIBL
To test PSU: Multimeter

It is good practice to run the above tests on all newly built systems as part of the burn-in procedures. All the tests with the exception of FurMark should be run overnight (minimum 8-10 hours) and temperatures should be monitored. FurMark can be run for half an hour.
