One thing you can do with Vista until you do add more RAM is to use a USB Flash drive in REABYBOOST. It definately gives Vista a bump in performance if you have 4GB of RAM or less.
I know this from personal experience as I have run Vista64 on this system with 2, 4, and 8GB RAM. I could 'feel' the difference when I was running 2 & 4GB when I added a 4GB Flash drive in READYBOOST. Once I went to 8GB, there seemed to be a bit of a boost, but not enough, at least for me, to justify tieing up a USB port for it.

I tried but unfortunately I found that the computer is behaving madly and became more slowly, I think the problem is the usb port does't support much speed as ram

What Flash drive you have? I ask it because the flash drive must be one of those fast ones that has access time 1ms or less. The drive must be capable of 2.5 MB/s read speeds for 4 KB random reads spread uniformly across the entire device and 1.75 MB/s write speeds for 512 KB random writes spread uniformly across the device.

That is readyboost compatible flash drive. Perhaps you should use a bigger portion of the drive for the readyboost ....

I was reading this DH thread today and then took the link to read the review and it turns out the review site is the middle east. So I read a couple of their reviews. At the end of some of their reviews they tell you where you might be able to able to buy the products. It may be useful to you during the next few months when you're trying to work out which compenents you want and from where you may able to make your purchases.
The review/tech site is t-break
