which companies offer advanced RMA?

yea, i wondering which companies offer advanced RMA options?

i know EVGA and seagate offer these things but who else?

im trying to plan my future purchases with this in mind, since having system downtime really has to be avoided and im too broke to get spare parts...

just a fyi.

Advanced RMA tends to only be available in the states....

If you live outside the states, you have to wait for your drive to have been received, the tests are run on it, if it's indeed dead, then they send you out the replacement.

Samsung does advanced RMA in the states as well.

Ya, in Canada. No one. Team Group does advanced RMA in the USA as well.

Wait, Logitech does sorta. You don't have to send them back the mouse as long as you have the receipt.

EVGA Europe definitely does an enhanced RMA.

And IIyama delivered to me a replacement monitor by courier, who picked up the dead one at the same time. And this service was for free too.

i know for a fact that Dell offers advanced RMA assuming that its purchased from Dell.com...

free. They ship it to your, you put yours in the box and use the postage they pay for.

I've never dealt with them before but from what I've been told it is pretty easy. You have a new drive within 3-4 days.

when i was dealing with seagate last year on an RMA, im pretty sure the advanced rma was like 20 bucks, non refundable.
