DirectDraw accelaration not available

Hi all, its my first post in this forum and I am needing some help from you.

I am having problems to reproduce DVD's on my laptop. I got the message "Create overlay failed" with the Intervideo WinDVD. I check my directX, which version is 9.0c and I saw that the directDraw acceleration and AGP texture acceleration are not available. I show this in this screenshot:

I install the latest drivers for my graphic card posted by lenovo (I have a thinkpad T60p), but still I have the same problem.
The weird thing is that the directDraw tests are passed without any problem!!!!

My video card is an ATI Mobility FireGL V5250, and I can only find the drivers on the Lenovo site.

Pls, help me, I know that some time ago this was working, I have tried a lot of things that I found on intenet (like the desktop sharing of netmeeting, but I dont have the netmeeting installed) with no success.

Thanks!
