Question about using a old molex hd as a slave drive in a SATA connector system

I am fixing a Dell 5100 desktop with a SATA hd and have an extra SATA connector in the frame. I want to use her old hd as a slave or secondary drive, but it is a molex connector...how can I hook it up?
Thanks

How old is the drive? The older it is the more chances it will die on you.

hmmmmmmm... not necessarily... it depends if the drive has been used as a secondary or a primary drive... secondary drives don't have that much work to do except store data, which isn't too much demanding... ... but if it was used as primary drive, the chanses of dying out are increased... since it's the drive from which the OS boots up, this drive suffers more strain than the secondary or any other drive attached to the rig. every time the rig starts, the HDD has to go from a "cold none workable" status to a "go and do all the work" status, which is a pretty big strain for the HDD...
