Firstly, hi Haiabi1 and welcome to DH. Much better you start a new thread when you have a question as others may be able to help and there may also be someone else who has the same question. Don't be shy dude.

Right the motherboard NF-CK804 ((from your screenshot) is, I think, a generic reading that are given by NForce 4 chipsets. Is there a model number and manufacturer name written on the board itself (possibly near the expansion slots or memory? Alternatively, Belarc advisor or sisoft sandra can give that info...

CPU-Z will also state which MoBo is being used.

furthermore, if this is an OEM PC such as a Dell, HP, emacine, etc., it would be best to go to the manufacturer's website and look up the machine by model number to see if there is such an update available.

DOOD! you're back! where have you been!? thought you wouldnt come around anymore...

anyways, the board seems to be a model shared by several companies. Gigabyte, Winfast, etc.

it is based of nForce chipsets... hope that narrows it down.
