How to run a secondary card for PhysX on a p35 mobo??

I have an Asus P5K-e plus a 8800 Ultra. But things tend to slow down a bit with PhysX enabled. I was wondering if I bought a 9600gt just for PhysX will I be able to run it in my P35 mobo?

And how would I go about doing this exactly?

will there be any performance drop on my primary PCIE slot (will it go from 16x to 8x say)???

thanks
Scurv

It will be fine. Your main slot will stay @ x16, but the 2nd slot is only x4. But that shouldn't even matter.

Just install the second card then go into the Nvidia Control panel and designate which card will be dedicated to PhysX, it should be as easy as that.
