Whoa, am I lucky!

I discovered the 2100+ proc I got is a 1.5 volt AIUHB. Is this from the same set as those crazy JIUHB except its from a high end batch rather than the "low end" batch? Now I really want to get a new mobo.

For the non-AMD speaking among us...

...what is a "1.5 volt AIUHB" and why does it make you so happy? (I'm honestly clueless here and just wanna understand your goodfortune. BTW-HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! )

Maybe..

If it's anything like the "Lucky" P4 2.4B, a 1.5 V chip is better because of it's lower voltage at stock speed. Which could mean that it would O/C better without raising the voltage to such extreme heights.

EDIT: BTW HAPPY B-DAY~!
And I believe my hypothesis is correct Normal chips run low as 1.6 V for the normal 2100+, but if this "special" one runs at 1.5V for stock speeds, it can only mean beautiful things for O/Cing.

Huh? why is everyone wishing me a happy birthday? I had this proc for a while, I just never put it in to test it. Now I need a new mobo so I can acctually use it, I tested it with my friend who just got a abit NF7-S rev 2.0 on my recommendation.

Um, since when do they make 2100s with 1.5v core..... I've never heard of a 2100 with it... Just the 1700 and 1800 and the 2400.

I don't know they made them with 1.5v cores either. This is the first one I have seen anywhere.

The best finds for AMD XP chips are:
XP1700+ Tbred-B DLT3C JIUHB 1.5V
XP2500+ Barton (with some good ram!!)

THe AIUHB stepping of the 2100 is the same core as the 1700 but it can go faster, saw a 2.8ghz 2100+ on one of the forums I browse just can't find it, and that was on Air. I will try to find the link just lost all of my bookmarks and have to rember all the sites.
