Graphics/Video Card PROBLEM! BIG TIME STRESS!

Heya, Guys, I've been having this problem for abit now, when I first got my computer, a few years ago, I first played Maplestory, and it worked FINE!
So Im guessing then, I had some sort of Graphics/Video Card that worked, and since then I've rebooted quit a few times and re-installed Windows XP into my computer.

So now, I need to know what to do, I recently realised I can't play ANY GAMES at ALL! I have a Fujitsu Scaleo P P360 1 1,0G, I don't know what you can do with that information, but I thought it might help. I've already been on the site to download some driver thing called Radeon Catalyst something, and thats not even opening.

Im guessing that I MAAAAY have an ATI Graphics Card, can't be certain, but seriously WHAT SHOULD I DO?!
Please, guys this is traumatic for me.

If you don't know a solution, but know of a forum to provide a solution for me, please drop the URL in your post.

P.S. I've been to other forums, but it seems that this forum has a few specialists, but here is what I've done so far:

I've downloaded ATI Catalyst Control Center, but it won't even open.
I was then told to update my Graphics Card, but I don't know the name of it.
I've downloaded a few programs to test what my Graphics Card is, but no help so far.

Thats pretty much it, I've downloaded a BUNCH of stuff, to try and solve this, and Im really hoping you guys can help me solve this dilemma.

Have you gone to the manufactures website

Downloads - Support - Fujitsu Siemens Computers

It should at least tell you what you have and probably provide the drivers you need.
