USB HD Wake up on USB?

I have 2 usb external hard drives.

One has a sleep feature (wakes up when plugged into usb port on computer, while on)

The other, just a flip switch.

Is it possible to make the flip switch one, wake up on usb?

Will the second drive wake up if you plug it in with the switch already on?

Both are working.
I'm just wanting to modify it (if anyway) so it can wake up when the console is turned on.

The one that can do that, has 2 features, either on or off switch or wake up and shut down when console is on or off.

So the second has a momentary switch then? I thought flip was more like a toggle or rocker type that you could just leave on or off.

the second one has a toggle switch for on and off, and another switch, where i can leave it to wake up on usb OR let the toggle switch turn it on or off.

OK can you leave the second switch to wake up on USB and let the system wake it up when it comes out of sleep? The BIOS / OS settings for this I think would effect all USB devices so it might depend on how the device itself is set up.
