Thermaltake MAX 4 Active Enclosure (N0012USU) in the UK

I would like to get hold of a Thermaltake MAX 4 Active Enclosure (N0012USU) but cannot get hold of one in the UK. I have tried contacting Thermaltake Europe and the US but am not getting a strait answer as to what the reason is for the shortage.

I read review after review as to how good this drive is, so I am wondering if there there was a technical fault with the ones here in the UK? Does anybody know anything about that?

I can always order one from the US but I need to know what I will have to do to get it to work here, is it a simple case of using an international plug? I would like to put a 2TB Western Digital Caviar HDD inside and was also wondering if anybody had their views on that.
