RadeonMAXX is on a distinguished road

Default Post System Idle Process is around 95-98...

Just checking out my processes & noticed System Idle Process is at 98-99 now that I'm looking at it. But my CPU usage is normal, around 5-16%.

So what's the deal on the System Idle process? Is it normal to be that high?

I never noticed it before, just saw it today. So I don't know how long it's been like that or if it's been that way from jump.

All unused clock cycles go to the System Idle process, which sends the processor HLT commands to save a little power and cool it down a bit. If you've got 5% CPU usage at the moment, for example, the System Idle process will be at 95%. They always total up to 100.
