Anyone intersted in the Asus 1201N Nvidia Ion Performance?
I've got one of these suckers in stock and have got it all tweaked out and setup.

Now while i am short stocked on 2x2gb PC6400 sodimms, i had one at least paired with 1gb stick as well.

so 3gb under windows vista home premium 32bit is still all cozy..

Anyways anyone have anything they would be interested in me throwing at it while i had it on the test bench for a bit?

Nothing to over the top mind you, i've got 3dmark vantage installing currently just for shits and giggles... see if the little ion bastard will out perform the poor intel i3 530 gpu.

the i3 gpu blows the doors off the nvidia ion...

I think that intels 4500 series GPU might actually be faster...

The HD3200 ATI igp is excellent, but i think the i3's igp is faster yet.

I see more and more i3 laptops at low prices and they do look...interesting.

I can't say for certain about the laptop i3 gpus and their GPU specifically.. far as i could see they are pretty much identical to that of the desktop variant.

If that indeed the case, they are amazing IGPs, best thing intel has ever came up with...

I'm sure people recall the relative figures i posted with those intel i3 530's IGP playing ut3 and such
