New Case - Suggestions

I slowly want to get a new system together. But I'm starting with the things that aren't going to become obsolete as quick ie. case and PSU. As I have a E6850, 4GB, and a 8800GT the component side is still good for another 6 months for me.

But I digress.....

I'm in the market for a new case and as I have always gone for the cheaper side when it comes to cases (I currently have a CM 333 Elite), I would like to spend a bit more cash on my next one.
I would really like to get a nice full/mid tower (I want good air cooling), and it must have the ability of good cable management.

I've been looking at the CM HAF-X (massive but looks great and not a bad price) and the CM HAF 922.

Has anyone had experience with these or can you suggest some other possible cases I should be considering. I'm not looking to spend any more that NZ$350 (US$250/GBP160).

Still wavering on cases myself, I like the CM330 etc. I like them nice and basic, no fussy doors and windows etc.

The Antec 300 looks pretty decent for the price, a serious (PSU at the bottom) case, though another I keep looking at is the Xigmatek Asgard - mmm, maybe "stealth black" is my colour for cases.

For cable management, a modular PSU would help, so that any unused cables do not need to be accommodated

Looking at a Corsair 750W modular PSU, that'll be next on my list.

Check cooler master 690 II advanced , there are fan slots everywhere (10 or more) and easy to do cable managing in it. the case desgin is stylish as well (if you care about looking)

One thing I don't much like about the Raven RV02 is the inability to tuck power cables round the back of the case whilst still being able to have 3 SATA drives plugged in. Two PSUs I've had in this case and neither of them had SATA cables that were long enough to do that.
So, I'd say CM 690 II Advanced or Raven RV02 (for all of its other benefits).

P.S. I have this case and I am very pleased with it. Very good quality and temperatures for my pc. The only 'bad' thing is that it takes a bit more time to build the pc than other cases. Other than that it is perfect

I keep looking at the CM 690 II. The price looks real appealing (NZ$200), and it looks pretty nice. Shame there's no side window

therei s amodel of the 690II that has a side window , I don't remember the exact model but have a look at their website. I bought the case week a go and it is really good.only problem there is no dust filters on the sides just the front , top , bottom fans.

I found it on their website but there seem to be no stockists in NZ. It's no biggy.

Ok, taken the plunge and gone for the 690 II Advanced. Decided it was the best price/features option for me. Also went for a Corsair HX750 PSU in prep for the pending upgrade in the coming months.

I'd go with an NZXT Phantom in white purely for its looks because thats what I base 50% of my getting a case on, the other 50% is split between performance and price. Now all you have to do is find out how much its going for in your area ($139.99 in the US). I think its reasonably priced, looks good and reviews on it are looking sweet as well.
