Best way to clear off a harddrive for storage?
Ive got this little 20 gig hard drive with windows xp installed on it. I want to clear it off and use it for storage. What is the best way to do this?
My first guess is to just boot from my windows disc and have it quick format the drive and then just cancel the windows installation. Is that cool? |

Just put it in the system you're gonna use it with. Open the 'my computer' right-click the drive and choose format.
