Need a new Graphics card for P5KC motherboard

no.. this actually increases the amount of ram being lowered

see... intergrated graphics takes from the ram.... but it still sucks off the 4gb address.. which only lowers it the amount being confusmed... say 256mb set aside for memory... would result in something like 3.7gb addressable..

where as a 1gb dedicated graphics adapter will reduce it down a full 1gb+

If you can borrows someones 64bit copy of windows 7... (if you have an OEM copy currently.. you'll need a 64bit OEM copy... to install and use your excisting 32bit oem key... you cannot mix retail/oem... you have to use a retail copy of 64bit to use a retail 32bit key...

Either way... it is FREE to move from 32 to 64bit or vice versa.... the 32 key works in 64bit.... and vice versa... no need to purchase another copy of windows 7
