Weird USB Issue

Rig in question is one on my profile.

Starting about 3 days ago, on rare occasion all devices connected to my computer via USB will disconnect and then reconnect within 5 seconds. This isn't a gigantic deal(happened 3 times in 3 days of ~8hours use/day) but it can be an annoyance when playing a game, typing, or getting popups thanks to printer/G19/iPod reconnecting. I have no idea what is going on (it also seems that this never happens to my mouse, but to everything else). Any ideas?

Go to: Control Panel/Power Options.

Click on Change plan settings, then Change advanced power settings.

In the popup you get, expand USB settings, then set USB selective suspend setting to DISABLED, and see if that helps.
