System Specs

??? SSD question

I'm going to be putting a 32GB OCZ Onyx series SSD in older HP laptop that is running XP SP3.

The lappy has a fresh clean install now, so I'm planning on just ghosting the OS from the current 40GB HDD to the SSD if possible as that will save me the time of doing a re-install.

I know that I shouldn't run defrag on an SSD, but is there anything else that I should be aware of when using an SSD in XP?

I will be using it as my GPS and rear camera system for a motorhome, so I won't be loading a lot of other applications.

EDIT:

Nevermind....I didn't check the specs on the laptop before I bought it, and it turns out that it has an IDE HDD, so the SSD won't install in it anyway
