Pricing up a year old PC.

I'm finding it really difficult to get some sort of valuation on my PC.

I'm daring to say £400 but i've no idea if this is accurate...

Any help?

Very hard to say what you might get and it may have been easier to sell everything separately - although more of a headache for you. It's just it's easier to find the going rate for components rather than systems.

Re: Pricing up a year old PC.

You'll under-sell with a custom-built gaming PC. £250 as you have it will probably work for ebay.
As for the components separately, people still think the 9800GTX is one of the best graphics cards out there, along with the 8800 series and Q6600. I've seen GTX 250s quite happily go for less than a 9800.
Anyway, the Q6600 will be around £100, the memory £40, hard drives £20ea, case I really don't know but good for a few bob, cooler £15-ish, motherboard £35, monitor £80. So, rough ballpark figure you're looking at around £350 for the components.

This is purely based on what I've seen components go for. Apparently, finishing the auction on a Thursday (pay day?) or weekend (between Friday evening and early evening on a Sunday) is a good idea too.

Re: Pricing up a year old PC.

I've removed the link to your auction, being the cynical person I am, you're probably just intending to boost views of your item. Which is against site rules.

I've very kindly transferred your spec into your post.
