Radeon x300 help in windows 7

Hi, I'm trying to fix a video card issue that tends to happen after I watch you tube or google videos. I can run for days on IE or safari, but if i start watching videos, it seems to make the screen flash. BUT only outlook, NOT IE or much else. A simple reboot fixes it until it seems to load up again. I tried modding the latest catalyst driver, however i'm not sure I moded the right file. Not sure what sub folder the right file is in to mod! I am running an optiplex gx620 desktop, 3 gig, 2 megs ram and a x300 (I think 32 meg) card. Any help would be appreciated.
