Corsair TX 650W PSU

will the Corsair TX 650W PSU be able to power a flashed 6950 and a AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE OC to 3.8-4.0

With good margin. One should even be able to squeeze in another 6950/6970 by using adapters. But I'd rather not.

I've got a PC that's running with a GTX 280 factory overclocked and even I've got change from 650W.
