OCZ Support?

So the email for OCZ isn't working for an RMA I am trying to get pushed through for a bad set of REAPER Memory, and I could have sworn at one point we had an OCZ contact on these forums... Anyone know what happened with that?

Also Hi guys, been on a long hiatus due to health concerns, still iffy, but I'll live... anyhow

Can someone point me in the right direction, because
ocztechnology@exdesk.com

does not work, and that's the only email in this communication with a Daniel Riego

Re: OCZ Support?

They have a page specifically for RMAs: OCZ Technology | OCZ Support

That should get you sorted.

Re: OCZ Support?

That's where I went, I've submitted an RMA, I can't post to the page, and their email doesn't work, that's what I said in my post. I'll try the phone number but this is becoming an extreme hassle.

Re: OCZ Support?

Have you tried to post it in their forums. Once, I received help from them regarding some memory modules.

Re: OCZ Support?

Just got a message from OCZ, they say that in the automated email that was sent out to you there should be a link you can click on to view/manage your ticket.

As said above though, you can also use their forum which has a number of their staff ready to assist people.

Re: OCZ Support?

^^^
To add to this, be sure to check your junk email folder. Sometimes the automated email can end up in there.

Just a couple things about posting in their forums:

1) You MUST fill in your system specs before you can get "official" OCZ staff support. Do this via OCZ Forum - Home , log in, and choose My Profile from the top right of the page. Slide to the bottom, and click on the small pencil icons next to each listing to edit them (motherboard, bios, CPU, memory, power supply, hard drive, and OS are all you need to fill in).

2) You can try directly PM'ing the staff there as well, however you need at least 2-3 posts or so in order to have your Inbox activated (done automatically). Active staff you will see in the forums (and other forums around the net) would be RyderOCZ (most active here and other forums), Praz, Tony, and me&er (there's others, just can't remember their names off the top of my head).
