Diagnosing a RAID0 without breaking it/system locking

Hi guys,

Again these velociprators might be pissing me off. For some reason, my system started locking up randomly in normal mode but fine in safe mode. I want to run the WD diagnostic without breaking my RAID0 array and losing my data. What can I do?

And why might it be happening. Runing the memtest right now its seems fine. It started randomly. Brand new cooling paste is on, system is fresh install from 2 weeks ago. Once again, it seemed ok in safe mode..ram timings are all on auto

edit: did some searching through the error logs, and I found this error repeated multiple times right when my system locks up or let's say a song playing in WMP cuts out:

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected

Did a search, found a possible fix where I disable the WMI service, deleted the repository folder and reboot. Let's see if it fixed it...

edit 2: did a reinstall of the sb x-fi drivers, it hasn't crashed since last night. hopefully it stays stable
