help asrock 880gmh-le-usb3 beep codes

ThE other day my computer died well the board did and power supply (gigabyte ma785 and cooler master 600) Not having much money i got a asrock 880gmh-le-usb3

Every now and again i get lots of beeps (7 or 8)when starting does any1 know the beep codes are cant find em anywhere

You need to get an actual count on those beeps.

Once you do that, this page might help:

If I (and Google

) are not mistaken, you will need to look at the AMI Bios section.

thx old buzzard i had a look and its vga read write check fail

When taking apart the old system i notice on the vid card (asus 460) clumps of dust

I then removed it noticeing that it was hard to remove like it was wet at some stage
Theres an identifcation sticker that had changed color also.I pulled apart the power supply thinking when it died it oozed something out but no

Then it dawned on me aFraging mouse pissed on it .The cat has been displaying much interest behind the desk.

Beware the mice there everywhere
