SDD (OS) + 2x1TB HDD Raid 0 Causes Windows 7 Constant Restarts

So this is the situation:
- I have an AMD based motherboard Gigabyte MA790FXT-UD5P with two SATA controllers: AMD based SB750 one and the other is the unused Gigabyte controller (which supposedly has bad reputation).
- I have my SSD (has my OS Windows 7), 1TB (non-raided) HDD and 2x1TB Raid 0 WD CB (for storage purposes).
- Windows 7 has already AHCI enabled with the use of MS AHCI driver over AMD due to stability and performance difference. Not to mention Windows prefers the MS one.
- My BIOS has AHCI as storage controller set up.

So this is what I did:
- Went to BIOS, changed AHCI to RAID.
- Pressed control+F to get into RAID ROM screen and setup my RAID 0 drives (The 1TB WD CBs) while having the SSD and 1TB non-raided as Single Storage Devices.
- Reboot and all goes fine. I even see the Windows boot animation, in which it lasts for only 5 seconds then keeps constantly rebooting at that point.
- Switching the BIOS back to AHCI makes everything work fine.

What I tried:
- Loaded AMD AHCI Compatible Raid Controller using Windows Repair disk and even tried to let it search for problems but it couldn't. So no effect there.
- Intel based Controllers have a work around for this issue but it seems it either it doesn't work with AMD OR I have something else causing my problem.
- A lot of searching on the net returned problems with BSOD which I do not have. This BSOD is caused by not having the AHCI enabled from Windows 7 mainly.
- Ofcourse I don't want to do a Software Raid within Windows 7 Disk Management.
- I do not want to reinstall, too much hassle in that too. It is just not an option.
- Tried to disconnect the Blue-Ray Drive and the 2x1TB WD CB and just leave the SSD and the 1TB HDD and still the same thing happens.

I spent literally two full days on this and I sense a solution is possible.

I appreciate the help.

Have you looked firmware updates for that SSD? If there is they might fix these issues.

My SSD is updated to the latest firmware.

Incase, thank you for trying to help. I managed to figure out a very radical solution which I posted here (MODS: If this is against the rules, please modify):
