59abbot needs some serious mental readjusting
Samsung SSD 256gb
Just want to upgrade my gaming machine by adding a 256gb ssd. I'm interested in Samsung ssd simply because of price. As Samsung ssd is not popular in Canada, is anybody use one before and can share his comment with me??? Thanks a lot guys.

so far my experience is limited to patriot/ocz/corsair SSDs...

I just grabbed a Crucial M4, heard it's really good in terms of reliability and performance! Samsung makes very good SSD too, better than Sandforce driven ones. For ppl like me, against taking risks with these stuff, Crucial, Samsung, and Intel(most expesnive one) are the ones to choose from! I do recommend crucial though, with updated firmware, it's lighting fast. But you won't regret getting Samsung either, because they are similar in all aspect! just stay away from sandforce driven ones if u don't like BSOD
