Ram problems with my GF4

I have a Gainward GF4 ti4200 golden sample card. The core can run at speeds up to 330 fine and probably even higher, but I havn't tried. The ram on the other hand can't even run faster than 140MHz DDR. Can anyone explain why this is happening? I can't return it anymore because I have already returned it so many times already and they said they wouldn't accept it anymore. I get unplayably bad artifacts at its stock speed and its still really bad at anything above 175MHz.

Who Ho! I volt modded it and everything seems to be back to normal. I'll need to try some more tests though, it might just be temporary.

Its gotten back to worse that where it was before, I can only reach 135MHz DDR. I checked all the wires and everything is still hooked up correctly.

weird! you mean you're card is underclocked???? cause by default it should be 513 (256x2) ddr but,..but your's is only 280 (140x2)???

no, its at 135MHz DDR. Thats 67.5 real MHz.
