Upgrading, AGAIN!!!

Sweet, building a computer for a friend and decided to give him some of my parts, and he agreed.
-Asus A7N8X Deluxe 1.04
-2x256MB Samsung PC3200 RAM
-MAYBE my ATI 9500 PRO, if I can find a 9500nonpro with red-pcb l-shaped mem.
-My OLD XP2100+
-OLD PowMax 400W PSU
-OLD Thermaltake Volcano 7+

So I decided I myself will be earning an upgrade with this

-ABIT NF7-S 2.0 from excaliberpc.com
-GeiL 2x256 PC3500 Golden Dual Channel RAM from newegg.com [b]NOT SURE ABOUT THE RAM, CAN SOMEONE GIVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ON ANOTHER RAM EXCEPT OCZ (too expensive) - WHAT ABOUT CORSAIR XMS??
-ZALMAN ZM-80C VGA Cooler (http://www.xoxide.com/zazmvgaheco.html)

-Hopefully a ATI 9500 nonpro if I can find it (please help me out here, anybody know of any stores selling these?)
-MAYBE WESTERN DIGITAL 60GB 7200RPM EIDE HARD DRIVE MODEL# WD600JB 8MB Buffer
-Some Blue Led fans and a cold cathode light (all neon blue) from www.xoxide.com
-A FAN CONTROLLER!! (can someone show me a friggin normal rheobus, not those gay rainbow, 8 color ones that make me seem like I support dykes and gays).

fancontroller : i have the nexus fan controller it seems to be nice ... u can see it HERE basicly it will just give u an idea how it would look and if u want the siver one like u linked then thats nice 2

and this is what it looks like at total dark
and i have super 4 bright blue leds they make light stright accross my room and are like a flash light ... kinda hard to sleep with my comp on lol

harddrive: that is a nice one the wd8mb buffer 7200rpm i have the 80 gig vershion of it and had it for about 2 years and still runs STRONG !!!

vga cooler: never tryed a zalman but good luck with it ...

ram: ocz or kingson i recremend =)

cpu : cooler slk 700 , 800 or 900
